Batch Articles
This section of the documentation will show you how to generate batch articles.
Required Input(s)
The main section lets you enter in a focus SEO keywords.
Use your favorite keyword research tool (i.e. Keywords Everywhere, Google Keywords Planner, Semrush, etc) and export keywords to a spreadsheet.
Simply copy and paste the keywords column into the SEO keywords section.
Note that it is one keyword per row, and that it isn't comma-separated.
Below's an example of copy/pasted keywords, where I "accidentally" repeated a keyword. Having the AI write multiple articles for the same keyword is undesirable, so you'll see a warning if you do that.
Publishing Options
Depending on whether you connected a webhook account, or a Wordpress account, the options are slightly different.
Wordpress Account Options
- Humanize text? Makes the AI-generated text undetectable by AI detectors. Helps future-proof content in case search engines down the line penalize all AI content later on. If you believe that'll never be a risk, you can just pick "NO" to generate articles at half the credits (and it'll also generate a lot faster).
- Publish To Your Email / Zap? Pick "NO" for Wordpress. See why here.
- Select Account To Publish To Whatever you pick in this dropdown will be the Wordpress account that Wraith Scribe publishes to, based on the schedule you choose in the next few settings.
- Publish as - Posts are generally recommended. Publishing to Wordpress page omits dates, which implicitly tells search engines that it is evergreen content.
- Add Table Of Contents? Adds a table of contents when publishing to your site.
- Start Time For First Article - Tells Wraith Scribe when the first article in the batch should be published to the selected account.
- Posting Frequency - Tells Wraith Scribe when each subsequent article should be published after the first article. In the example above, the first article would publish on July 15th, 2024 12PM. And the next article would publish on July 16th, 2024 12AM. A third article would publish on July 16h, 2024 12PM, and so on.
Webhook Account Options
As you can see here:
Everything's the same as Wordpress account options, except:
- Publish To Your Email / Zap? Pick "NO" if you implemented code in your webhook to publish to your website. Pick "YES" if you're using Zapier to publish to your website instead. See why here.
- Request Google Indexing? This is not on by default like Wordpress, as a webhook publishes to your server, and your server publishes the blog post to the internet. Wraith doesn't know when your website will publish the blog post to the internet, and thus would not be able to know when to request priority Google indexing. You can pick "YES" however, if your server will return a 200 status back to the Webhook POST notification.
- You should pick "NO" if you picked "YES" to Publish To Your Email / Zap, as there would be no way for Wraith to know where the blog post ends up on the internet (as that is up to your Zap configuration), let alone when it'll be published.
